We consider maintenance to be as important as property management and property service. Continuous maintenance work is essential for the optimisation of our clients’ property investments. We therefore devise a 10-year maintenance plan based on the property’s current state. The plan includes future maintenance work, and our construction department handles all the work.
Planned maintenance includes tasks such as cleaning gutters, check of roof and flashings, sealing of tiled roofs, cleaning of downpipes, lubrication and adjustment of door closers, review of heating systems and electrical installations, painting of all windows, replacement of windows and roof and facade renovation etc.
All maintenance work is structured and budgeted in the plan to avoid unexpected expenses.
Once a year we review the state of the property to guarantee that it corresponds to the maintenance plan.
