IN ORDER TO TAKE BEST CARE OF THE PROPERTY INVESTMENT, WE OFFER FACILITY SERVICE OF THE PROPERTIES WE ADMINISTRATE. OUR CLIENTS HAVE A FIXED ASSOCIATED PROPERTY MANAGER, WHO HAS THE DAILY DIALOGUE WITH EJENDOMSVISIONER. IN ACUTE CASES, OUR PROPERTY MANAGER CAN BE CONTACTED 24-7. 

VISIBLE DAMAGES AND IRREGULARITIES ARE IMMEDIATELY REPORTED TO EJENDOMSVISIONER, AND THEREAFTER IT IS DECIDED, WHETHER AN ACTUAL MAINTENANCE JOB SHOULD BE STARTED. 

THE OWNER IS CONSULTED BASED ON THE INSPECTOR’S AND OUR EVALUATION. EJENDOMSVISIONER TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY’S ECONOMY, AND IS RESPONSIBLE THAT THE MAINTENANCE WORKS DO NOT EXCEED AN EVENTUAL BUDGET. 

WE MAKE SURE THAT THE TENANTS ALWAYS ARE UP-DATED CONCERNING THE WORKS, TAKING PLACE IN THE PROPERTY AND WHEN.
