ANY VISIBLE DAMAGE OR ANOMALIES ARE PROMPTLY REPORTED TO EJENDOMSVISIONER, AFTER WHICH A DECISION IS MADE ON WHETHER TO INITIATE MAINTENANCE WORK. 

DECISIONS REGARDING MAINTENANCE ARE MADE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER, BASED ON ASSESSMENTS FROM OUR INSPECTORS AND OUR TEAM. EJENDOMSVISIONER OVERSEES THE PROPERTY’S FINANCES AND ENSURES THAT MAINTENANCE WORKS STAY WITHIN THE AGREED BUDGET.
